ABOUT FÈIS SEATTLE

Embrace a living tradition! We bring together a thriving community of Scottish Gaelic language, music, and culture with tradition bearers from Scotland and Cape Breton. Evening cèilidhs, walks on the beach, waulking the tweed, visiting with old friends, and making new ones... It’s the Highland way!

Whether you’re interested in fiddle, harp, whistle, guitar, Gaelic song or language, we have something for everyone.

Covid-19 Requirements as of Sunday, March 13, 2022:

We have been closely monitoring the current situation and rapidly changing requirements. We will be following CDC and State requirements to use best practices to keep our presenters and attendees safe during the Fèis. We will be requiring proof of vaccination from attendees. Documentation should be emailed to feis@slighe.org. If you have a medical exemption, we ask that you provide a copy of the exemption as well as a negative test result taken 24 hours prior to checking in at the Fèis. Anyone may wear a mask at the Fèis if they choose! We will update our requirements as we get nearer to the end of June.

Crònan Celtic Music Night and Fundraiser

Join us at Lake Forest Park Civic Club (north end of Seattle WA) from 5:30pm-10:00pm for an evening of Irish fun – live Celtic music, food & drinks, special performances and a silent auction – all to raise funds for the Shorecrest High School Students participating in the 2020 Ireland Delegation. Bring your friends and family.

A chance to hear lots of music from Crònan (Dale & Judith Cummings, Christine Traxler and Christian Hoffmann) with guest musicians, Flora and Elinor Cummings.

Ok, it’s a bit odd to have an Irish night on Burns’ Night but this is a fundraiser for Shorecrest High School’s trip to Ireland. The school band, including pipers tutored by Kevin Auld, and Highland Dancers, including Flora Cummings, will be spending 10 days in Ireland and taking part in the St Patrick’s Day Parade in Dublin
Tickets are $30 per person. It’s going to be an Irish night to remember!
